Delivery Information

1. Dispatch Time

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Should your order be delayed, i.e. out of stock/limited quantity, a member of the team will contact you via phone/email to provide you with an update on delivery time.

2. Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail as our standard shipping provider. Choose from standard shipping, express delivery, or other specified methods during the checkout process. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.

Our current shipping costs are;

• For Large Letter and up to 550g in weight orders, a £3 delivery fee
• For Parcel and 551g to 1900g in weight orders, a £6.50 delivery fee
• For Parcel and 1901g+ in weight orders, a £10.00 delivery fee
• For orders over £50 receive free delivery

Optional upgrade are available 

• For FedEx Courier Delivery, a £10.50 delivery fee
• For Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day, a £13.00 delivery fee

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, depending on what service you selected you will receive a confirmation email with a Royal Mail Notification of Delivery Number or a Tracking Number. Use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all of the United Kingdom. If you are a country not covered, please contact our customer support for possible arrangements.

6. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damaged items, please contact our customer support team at frank@franksfasteners.co.uk with your order number. We will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at frank@franksfasteners.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as purchased to order, manufactured to order and gift cards are non-returnable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
