At FranksFasteners.co.uk, we’re as quick as a Tite-Fix® screw at getting your orders out the door! Most orders are processed and dispatched within the same or next business day. Orders placed after 2:30 pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be ready for dispatch the next business day.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure your goods arrive safely and on time.

• Standard Delivery starts at just £3.95 up to £5.95, depending on the product's weight.
• Free Delivery when you spend £60 (excluding VAT) and shipping is on us — because you deserve it!
• Upgraded Delivery Options:
  • FedEx Courier Delivery for £9.99.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day starts at £12.99 up to £21.99 depending on the product's weight.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Follow your nuts and bolts on their exciting journey to you!

4. Delivery Areas
We ship all over the UK! For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or UK offshore islands, some heavier items may need a courier charge—don’t worry, we’ll give you a heads-up before shipping.

5. Delivery Issues

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Eligibility
Not happy with your purchase? No problem. Return items in original, unused condition within 30 days. Like a snug-fitting washer, we’ll make it right.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at Frank@FranksFasteners.co.uk with your order number and return details. We’ll guide you through the process (no spanners in the works here!).

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping is on you unless it’s our bad (like a defective product or an oops on the order). We recommend tracked shipping so your items don’t go wandering off.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we inspect your return, we’ll process refunds to your original payment method or send out an exchange. Smooth, right?

5. Non-Returnable Items
Some items, like clearance, custom orders, and gift cards, can’t be returned. Sorry, but even we can’t unscrew some things.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or faulty item? Let us know ASAP, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
